The next-generation Wrangler stands out for its fantastic technology features, capabilities, and safety systems. The 2024 Jeep Wrangler has 12 available models, with prices* ranging from $48,710* (Sport) to $126,013* (Rubicon 392). Here’s what you need to know about the available tech features.

Notable Changes From The Previous Year

The 2024 Jeep Wrangler technology features include a few important changes. The 12.3-inch touchscreen display, previously available only for higher trim in 2023, is now standard for the entire lineup.

The new navigation system is equipped with maps of 2,000 trails, with an option for downloading even more. The 2024 Sport and Rubicon X can opt for a plug-in hybrid engine plus a 3.6kWh auxiliary battery. The latest Uconnect infotainment system is now standard for the entire lineup.

Technology and Driveability

The improved 4x4 traction system delivers incredible power to each wheel, thanks to its 50/50 torque split. Three gas engines are available: 2.0-litre Turbo I4, 3.6-litre Pentastar V6, and 6.4-litre HEMI V8. The HEMI V8 engine is standard for the flagship model, delivering 268 lb-ft of torque capacity and 470 horsepower, towing up to 3,500 pounds.

Additionally, all models have amazing water-fording capabilities. Sealed electrical connections, high air intake, and moisture–resistant body mouldings are standard across the lineup, lifting your Wrangler 85 cm above the ground. You can also opt for a 7-inch customizable Driver Information Display, which updates you with info like speed control, security features, and relevant stats.

Comfort and Infotainment

Base models up to the mid-tier Willys (2-door and 4-door models) have manual air conditioners, while the rest have an automatic climate control system. You can subscribe to the Connect Vehicle Service and access features like remote start and remote climate controls to heat up the cabin before getting onboard.

All models up to the 2-door Rubicon X are equipped with a Uconnect 5 infotainment system, while the 4-door Rubicon X and Rubicon 392 have Uconnect’s latest version: the Uconnect 5 NAV. While most trims come with eight-speaker sound systems, all Rubicon models have standard Alpine Premium sound systems. Wireless smartphone connectivity is standard across the lineup.

Safety Systems

The 2024 Jeep Wrangler technology features also ensure a safe journey for everyone. All models have a new side-curtain airbag system, protecting all seats. A forward collision warning with active braking and adaptive cruise control is available. All models are equipped with ESC (Electronic Stability Control), a system including features like hill start assist, electronic roll mitigation, and trailer sway control.
